在一个SCI二区杂志上修改三次，投了一年的杂志最后让拒稿了，这种情况常见吗？

三个审稿人加编辑委员会审过，其余两个审稿人已无任何意见，另一个审稿人还是拒稿，最终就这样被拒了。这篇文章导师和合作者投入巨大的心血，反复修改与数值模拟，收到拒稿信真是不甘，请大伙看看有无申诉的可能 Your revised Paper, submitted to New Journal of Physics, has now been refereed and the referee report(s) can be found below and/or attached to this message.
