| 就是西红柿炒鸡蛋那种。The right cooking temp is key here. Start the eggs over medium, heat, but when you see curdles start to form, turn it down to low. Then, fold the eggs over themselves until they are no longer runny. Turn the heat off completely and let the eggs sit on a cool burner for 1-2 minutes before enjoying. |
