求助Chem Commun 审稿被拒，这种情况下重投还有希望么 已有4人参与

Chem Commun 审稿被编辑拒掉，不知现在是不是系统更改了，没有显示大小修之类，有个rating项。想问下有遇到这种情况的么，这种情况下重投还有希望么。还有就是，如果转投到JMCA的话是否需要附上审稿意见？做的内容是MOFs衍生碳材料的应用。审稿意见如下： Thank you for your submission to ChemComm, published by the Royal Society of Chemistry. I sent your manuscript to reviewers and I have now received their reports which are copied below. After careful evaluation of the manuscript and reviewers’ comments, I regret to inform you that I do not find your manuscript suitable for publication and therefore it has been rejected from ChemComm. A research manuscript in ChemComm must report high quality, new work which makes a significant contribution to the field and is of interest to a general chemistry audience. As a result, in addition to the quality of the science, the referees are asked to judge the significance and likely impact of the work presented. On balance, the referees of your manuscript have indicated that the work described therein is of specialist interest and routine significance and thus its impact is unsuitable for the wide readership of ChemComm. The work may be better suited to publication in a more specialised journal after the concerns of the referees have been addressed in full. Please note that the acceptance rate for ChemComm is <35% of submitted manuscripts. I am sorry not to have better news for you, however, thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your manuscript. I wish you every success publishing this manuscript elsewhere.
