[求助] 求助Chem Commun 审稿被拒，这种情况下重投还有希望么已有4人参与

Chem Commun 审稿被编辑拒掉，不知现在是不是系统更改了，没有显示大小修之类，有个rating项。想问下有遇到这种情况的么，这种情况下重投还有希望么。还有就是，如果转投到JMCA的话是否需要附上审稿意见？做的内容是MOFs衍生碳材料的应用。审稿意见如下：

On balance, the referees of your manuscript have indicated that the work described therein is of specialist interest and routine significance and thus its impact is unsuitable for the wide readership of ChemComm. The work may be better suited to publication in a more specialised journal after the concerns of the referees have been addressed in full.
