公平与正义是竞技体育的核心价值，有关公平与正义的讨论也是竞技体育中的热门话题。实现公平与正义的基础在于规则制定的合理性，然而竞技体育规则“运用规定的低效率手段达成目标”的创建原则与世俗生活理念是相悖的，这造成了在竞技体育实践中时常出现背离公平与正义的现象，例如违反规则、使用禁药、舞弊作假等。本文借助相关社会学理论，结合竞技体育的本质特征，对竞技体育的公平与正义理念及其实现途径进行了尝试性的探讨，以期能够丰富和完善竞技体育理论，促进竞技体育的和谐健康发展。 关键词：竞技体育；公平；正义；规则；标准；程序 |

The basis for realizing the fairness and justice lies in the reasonability of rulemaking, however the principle of creating competitive sports rule"achiving goals by low-efficiency approach " is normally inconsistent with the worldly life concept, which causing situations (breach of regulation, doping and fraud, etc) that departure from the fairness and justice principle in competitive sports practice. In this paper, by refering related sociological theories, and combining the basic characteristics of competitive sports, tentative discussions were performed on the fairness and justice concept of competitive sports and related realization approach in the hope of enriching and improving the theory of competitive sports and promoting the healthy and harmonic development of competitive sports. 关键词：竞技体育；公平；正义；规则；标准；程序 Keywords:Competitive Sports; Fairness; Justice; Rule; Standard; Procedure |
