公平与正义 是竞技体育 的核心价值，有关 公平与正义的 讨论 也是 竞技体育中 的热门话题。实现 公平与正义 的基础 在于 规则制定的 合理性，然而 竞技体育规则 “运用 规定的 低效率 手段 达成目标”的 创建原则 与 世俗生活理念 是相悖的，这造成了 在竞技体育实践中 时常出现 背离 公平与正义 的现象，例如 违反规则、使用禁药、舞弊作假等。本文 借助 相关社会学理论，结合 竞技体育的 本质特征，对 竞技体育的 公平与正义理念 及 其 实现途径 进行了 尝试性的 探讨，以期 能够丰富 和 完善 竞技体育 理论，促进 竞技体育的 和谐健康发展。
As fairness and justice is the core value of competitive sports, the discussion on fairness and justice of competitive sports is also a hot topic . The basis for realizing the fairness and justice lies in the reasonability of rulemaking, however the principle of creating competitive sports rule"achiving goals by low-efficiency approach " is normally inconsistent with the worldly life concept, which causing situations (breach of regulation, doping and fraud, etc) that departure from the fairness and justice principle in competitive sports practice. In this paper, by refering related sociological theories, and combining the basic characteristics of competitive sports, tentative discussions were performed on the fairness and justice concept of competitive sports and related realization approach in the hope of enriching and improving the theory of competitive sports and promoting the healthy and harmonic development of competitive sports.
