binding energy和PL中谱峰位置有什么关系？ 已有1人参与

看文献时发现，对于半导体中参杂元素 If we assume a bound exciton binding energy of - 3 meV then the 0.795 eV peak would be separated from the band edge by 6 meV. The effective mass donor binding energy in In0.53 Ga.0.47 As is 3 meV; however, from luminescence measurements a binding energy of -7 meV is deduced. We therefore assign the 0.795 eV peak to a donor-to-valence band transition.？ 之前也有文献中谈到过C、Zn等掺杂元素的binding energy，但是一直没搞清楚binding energy和PL谱有什么关系，PL中峰位是怎么确定出来的？ 求大神指导呀！！！不甚感激！！！ |
