Abatract: This paper presents physico-mechanical properties of two faceblanks for gas masks. The results show that under the existing rubber formula and curing conditions, NR faceblank with a high self-inforceing possibility 【offerS】 tensile strength of 22.0MPa and tearing strength of 41.3KN∙m-1, higher than 【those offered by】 CIIR faceblank, which are 13.2MPa and 35.5KN∙m-1, respectively【原句比较的对象错误】. Resilience of the NR faceblank 【(60%)】 is much higher than 【that of CIIR faceblank】 which is 60% 【比较对象仍然错位】.
