题名:防毒面具罩体材料的物理机械性能

摘  要: 本文对两种不同防毒面具罩体的胶料进行了物理机械性能表征,结果表明:在现有配方及硫化条件下,NR罩体材料的拉伸强度22.0MPa、撕裂强力41.3KN∙m-1,高于卤化丁基胶罩体材料的13.2MPa和35.5KN∙m-1,差异的原因在于NR具有较高的自补强性能;NR罩体材料的回弹率为60%,CIIR罩体材料回弹率为16%,CIIR罩体材料回弹率偏低的原因主要是分子结构中占优的异丁烯链节上密集的侧甲基造成的内摩擦损耗较大。经过100oC×24h热氧老化后,两种罩体材料硬度均有约2度的增加,NR罩体材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度呈上升趋势,而CIIR罩体材料扯断伸长率、撕裂强度降低。硫化改变了橡胶的原有结构,使得老化对材料性能的影响更为复杂。

Title :Physico-mechanical properties of Faceblank for Gas Mask

Abatract: This paper presents physico-mechanical properties of two faceblanks for gas masks. The results show that under the existing rubber formula and curing conditions, NR faceblank with a high self-inforceing possibility offer tensile strength of 22.0MPa and tearing strength of 41.3KN∙m-1, higher than the CIIR faceblank which are 13.2MPa and 35.5KN∙m-1, respectively. Resilience of the NR faceblank is 60%, much higher than the CIIR faceblank which is 60%. Poor resilience of CIIR faceblank is due to the great internal friction which is originated from the dense side methyl groups in the predominantly isobutylene units. After thermo-oxidative ageing at 100oC for 24 hours, both of the two rubbers increase approximately 2 drgree in shore hardness, and an increase of tensile strength, elogation and tearing strength of the NR faceblank was observed, the elogation and tearing strength of the CIIR faceblank had shown a decreasing trend by contrast. Curing changes the orginal structure of rubbers, and makes the impacts of ageing on the physico-mechanical properties more complicated.
