1、前后时态要保持一致，所以第一句话中的may需要改为might或could； 2、第一句话中between coating and substrate前后用了两次，这是明显重复的，后面的可以省去，把不会引起任何误解； 3、最后一句话需要分开说，连续说下去从语法上看可能不合适。 The weakly bonded interface between coating and substrate could be deduced from the presence of a small amount of defect at interface.
