σr/σ0为应力集中因子,它的范围在1.1 - 1.3之间。

The weakly bonded interface between coating and substrate may be deduced from the presence of a small amount of defect at interface between coating and substrate. A slip model that Lederman used  showed the effect of weakly bonded interfaces on the damping capacity . σr/σ0 was the stress concentration factor within the range of 1.1 - 1.3 .

1、前后时态要保持一致,所以第一句话中的may需要改为might或could;
2、第一句话中between coating and substrate前后用了两次,这是明显重复的,后面的可以省去,把不会引起任何误解;
3、最后一句话需要分开说,连续说下去从语法上看可能不合适。
