在氮气N2保护下，首先由镁粉、I2和2-溴联苯在THF溶液中得到格式试剂，将格式试剂加入到体系当中回流12小时， 然后冷却到室温并将反应液倾倒至500ml冷水中，于室温下搅拌两个小时，氯仿萃取，有机相旋蒸浓缩即可得到粗品，烘干，用于下一步反应。 |

Then the Grignard reagent was added into the system for 12h of reflux reaction before cooling to the room temperature. After that, the reaction solution was poured into 500ml of cold water and keep stirring for 2h at room temperature. Then through chloroform extraction, as well as the rotary evaporateion and concentration of organic phase within, the crude product can be obtained, which was dried for the reaction in the next stage. |
