在氮气N2保护下，首先 由镁粉、I2和2-溴联苯 在THF溶液中 得到 格式试剂，将 格式试剂 加入到 体系当中 回流12小时，然后 冷却到室温 并将 反应液 倾倒 至500ml冷水中，于室温下 搅拌 两个小时，氯仿萃取，有机相 旋蒸浓缩 即可得到粗品，烘干，用于 下一步反应。
Under the protection of N2, firstly the Grignard reagent was obtained by adding magnesium powder, I2, 2-bromobiphenyl into THF solution. Then the Grignard reagent was added into the system for 12h of reflux reaction before cooling to the room temperature. After that, the reaction solution was poured into 500ml of cold water and keep stirring for 2h at room temperature. Then through chloroform extraction, as well as the rotary evaporateion and concentration of organic phase within, the crude product can be obtained, which was dried for the reaction in the next stage. |
