银耳多糖的提取及 抗氧化性研究
Research on Extraction and Antioxidant Property of Tremella Crude Polysaccharides
摘 要:采用 超声波法 提取了 银耳中的 粗多糖,用 分光光度法 研究了 银耳 粗多糖对 •OH、DPPH和•O2-的 清除作用。结果表明:银耳粗多糖 对•OH、DPPH和•O2-的清除 作用明显,且 清除率 与 多糖浓度 之间 存在一定的 量效关系。银耳粗多糖 可作为 一种良好的 天然抗氧化剂,开发 应用前景 广泛。
Abstract: In this paper, we used ultrasonic method to extricate the crude polysaccharides in Tremella and studies the eliminating effect of tremella crude polysaccharides towards •OH,DPPH and •O2- based on spectrophotometric method. The results show that eliminating effect is significant and there is a certain dose-effect relation between polysaccharide concentration and eliminating rate. As a good natural antioxidant, the tremella crude polysaccharides enjoys a wide application prospect.
