哪位大侠帮小弟翻译一下，先谢谢了。 银耳多糖的提取及抗氧化性研究 摘 要：采用超声波法提取了银耳中的粗多糖，用分光光度法研究了银耳粗多糖对•OH、DPPH和•O2-的清除作用。结果表明：银耳粗多糖对•OH、DPPH和•O2-的清除作用明显，且清除率与多糖浓度之间存在一定的量效关系。银耳粗多糖可作为一种良好的天然抗氧化剂，开发应用前景广泛。 关键词：银耳；粗多糖；抗氧化性 |

银耳多糖的提取及 抗氧化性研究 Research on Extraction and Antioxidant Property of Tremella Crude Polysaccharides 摘 要：采用 超声波法 提取了 银耳中的 粗多糖，用 分光光度法 研究了 银耳 粗多糖对 •OH、DPPH和•O2-的 清除作用。结果表明：银耳粗多糖 对•OH、DPPH和•O2-的清除 作用明显，且 清除率 与 多糖浓度 之间 存在一定的 量效关系。银耳粗多糖 可作为 一种良好的 天然抗氧化剂，开发 应用前景 广泛。 Abstract: In this paper, we used ultrasonic method to extricate the crude polysaccharides in Tremella and studies the eliminating effect of tremella crude polysaccharides towards •OH,DPPH and •O2- based on spectrophotometric method. The results show that eliminating effect is significant and there is a certain dose-effect relation between polysaccharide concentration and eliminating rate. 楼上已译得很好。有两点商榷一下： 1 we used ultrasonic method to extricate the crude polysaccharides in Tremella and studies the eliminating effect 句中studies与used 并列，时态都应用一般过去时态，是不是改为studied更妥当？最大的可能是笔误。 2 mehod作“方法”理解时为可数名词，故 used ultrasonic method 应加the ，即 used the ultrasonic method We can do it by the new method。同理， based on spectrophotometric method也改为 based on the spectrophotometric method。 例句：We can do it by the new method. 我们可以使用新方法来完成它。 这里只是小问题，探讨一下。对事不对人。 |
