有关Western blot 问题 截止日期08年8月30日

本人今天做Western blot 时,显影结果跟平时的相反:有条带的地方是白色,背景是一片黑.而平时抗体好的话,只出现一条黑色的目的带,请问怎么解释这个现象. [ Last edited by coco_song on 2008-8-23 at 20:58 ] |

Something wrong with the film. I think the film has been exposure to the light. It has nothing to do with the secondary antibodies. You need to buy some new films and open them in the dark to avoid exposure. Good luck. [ Last edited by conanthird on 2008-8-21 at 20:54 ] |
