求帮忙分析时态问题。

研究的是等离子体的运动，做了一个图来展示电流等级和运动的圈数之间的关系。 想翻译下面一句话： 从图中可以看出，当电流大于11A时，旋转圈数与峰值电流等级成正比，而且等离子体在电流等于21A时旋转达7圈。 It could be seen that the number of rotations is proportional to the peak current level when the current wasgreater than 11A, and the plasma rotated up to 5 turns at Ipeak=21A. 这里面有三个动词或者系动词，这里我在时态上有些疑问。 1.描述图中趋势或者变化的内容的是不是陈述事实？那是不是应该用一般现在时呢？所以不知道这里“rotations is proportional ”是否正确，但是“when the current wasgreater than 11A”也很疑惑到底用过去时还是一般现在时态。 2.“等离子体在电流等于21A时旋转达7圈”，这个算不算是过去发生的事情，是不是应该用过去时态“rotated” 还希望前辈指教 |

全部用一般现在时态，你表达的场景相当于看图说话。就是想老师一样指着图片，让别人明白。修改后的句子如下： It [can] be seen that the number of rotations is proportional to the peak current level when the current [is] greater than 11A, and the plasma [reaches 7 turns of rotations when the current is 21A. |
