急急急 将一段话翻译成英文（已附自己翻译的）

小弟想给一篇文献的国外作者发邮件 询问几个问题 英语不好 希望大家帮忙看看 我将中文意思和自己翻译过来的英文附上（自己翻译的经供参考，高手见笑，主要是提供一些专业词汇的英语表述 方便各位帮忙） 教授G： 您好！ 我叫xxx，是xxx的在读研究生。近期，我阅读了您发表在xxx上的文章xxx以及您的其他一些相关文章，受益匪浅，收获颇丰。但同时我也有一些问题和疑惑想和您请教。 (1) 对单个MOS管进行加热操作，是否需要从电路板上引出3根耐高温线，分别焊在MOS管的3个引脚上，以保证加热过程中，让MOS管在加热箱里面，供电的电路板放在加热箱外？ (2) 在加热单个MOS管时，文章提及有四种情况，分别加热1小时、2小时、3小时以及4小时。请问：是用4个相同的MOS管分别加热1小时、2小时、3小时、4小时，还是用1个MOS管，每加热1小时之后，测试完成后再进行加热。是这两种情况的哪一种？还是另有其他做法？ (3)在测量单个MOS管时，会测量参数A和参数B，用高精度的万用表可以直接测量这两个参数吗？在加热的过程中，MOS管周围的温度是从C摄氏度到D摄氏度，在测量过程中，还需要维持这个温度范围吗？在测量过程中，A的值是否达到了1V？ 非常感谢您在百忙之中查看我的邮件。同时也感谢您的帮助与指导！ 祝您一切顺利！ xxx 我翻译的： Pro. xxx: My name is xxx, a graduate student of xxx. In the heating process, the temperature is around the MOSFETs C-D, when measurement, it is also necessary to maintain this temperature? 我很矛盾: -1- "远方微笑的我" 新虫币少, 且劳苦功高, 理应略改他的翻译, 让他得150币吧... -2- 问题你的主题看似简单, 但你的翻译和一般实验程序用字大不相同, 很难理解你的原义 看 MOSFET 规格表附图: "引脚" = lead 规格表显示 3 引脚 - Ground, Source, Drain leads "耐高温线" = "heat-resistant wire" <<- Q1: 什么颜色的线 ?? 假设红,黑,白 "焊在MOS管的3个引脚上" <<- 故意大写 G,S,D,R,B,W 字母, 方便以后参考 soldered onto the three MOSFET leads - Red to Ground, Black to Source, White to Drain 文章提及有四种情况，分别加热1小时、2小时、3小时以及4小时。 Your article mentions heating for 1, 2, 3, and 4 hours 是用4个相同的MOS管分别加热1小时、2小时、3小时、4小时 Should I heat 4 MOSFET's - MOSFET#1 for 1hr, MOSFET#2 for 2hr, MOSFET#3 for 3hr, MOSFET#4 for 4hr ?? 还是用1个MOS管，每加热1小时之后，测试完成后再进行加热。 Or should I have heat just one MOSFET, say MOSFET#1, initially for 1hr, conduct Test outline in _left/right_ half of p__~__ [ 2选1: 左或右半部 ] then for 2hr, repeat the Test [ 看出大写字母 T 的好处了吧 ?? ] then for 3hr, repeat the Test a third time finally for 4hr, repeat the Test one last time 别嫌长, 避免混淆最重要 !!... 写的特别明确, 外国教授会记得你 -----  MOSFET 规格表.jpg |

几点意见： 1、不管给谁写信（咨询情况），尽可能言简意赅，精炼，无关的话少说； 2、不要出现某些言辞，在你的情况中，把第一句话中的doubts去掉，用问题就够了。 3、Thank you for viewing my mail in his busy schedule...。也许你是处于礼貌礼节的考虑，但这种说法是非常累赘的，英语国家的人永远不会这么说。就简简单单的说“Thank you for your time” 就好了。 4、对于中间部分，因为专业方面的原因，不能提出具体的问题，语言上即便有些小问题也无关紧要，只要人家懂就行（这和公开发表论文不同）。我的建议是让其提供一份详尽的操作流程（论文都是浓缩、笼统的，具体过程当然会具体详尽的多）。所以可以具体描述你的问题前或者在最后说： It would be of great help if you could kindly provide me with the detailed (step by step) protocols of the experiment. 供参考！ |
