我们可以发现热处理后基体中Ni的含量变的更低，而涂层中Ni的含量变的更高。随着热处理时间的延长，发现界面处的Al含量比基体和涂层中的Al含量要高，氧含量也同时增加，这可能是由于在界面处生成了Al2O3。 After the heat treatment, a lower Ni content in substrate and a higher Ni content in coating.
