1. 由于尾矿堆存时间稍长,有一定程度的氧化,加之银的也分布在部分在氧化矿中,为此,我们在20℃的条件下,进行不同氢氧化钠的用量试验,试验结果见图1. 2. 由图1可知,适宜的氢氧化钠用量,有利于提高银精矿的品位和回收率,但过高的氢氧化钠用量却不利于银的回收,这可能是较高的氢氧化钠用量使矿物表面形成亲水膜,从而使含银矿物的可浮性降低的缘故.试验条件下以1000g/t为宜. |

According to Fig.1, the suitable dosage of sodium hydroxide helps to increase the grade and recovery ratio of silver concentrates, however the over-high dosage of sodium hydroxide make the reverse contribution, which is caused by the hydrophilic film formed by the over-high dosage of sodium hydroxide, so that the silver-bearing minerals suffer the decrease of floatability. As a result, the final optimal dosage of sodium hydroxide is 1000g/t in this experiment. |
