| Doping into same concentration 0.5% Yb2O3, Ho2O3 and different concentration (0, 0.5%, 1.5%, 1.75%) of In2O3 (in mole same below) in congruent LiNbO3. The shift mechanism of OH- absorption peak and defect structure of In: Yb: Ho: LiNbO3 crystals were studied. The 980nm laser was used as light source, the up-conversion emission spectra of In: Yb: Ho: LiNbO3 were measured. It was found to have two luminescent band at 450nm and 750nm interval, central waveband is green upconverted emissions 5S2¡ú5I8 of 548nm radiation transition which has the highest fluorescence intensity. |
