| Doping into same concentration 0.5% Yb2O3, Ho2O3 and different concentration (0, 0.5%, 1.5%, 1.75%) of In2O3 (in mole same below) in congruent LiNbO3. The shift mechanism of OH- absorption peak and defect structure of In: Yb: Ho: LiNbO3 crystals were studied. The 980nm laser was used as light source, the up-conversion emission spectra of In: Yb: Ho: LiNbO3 were measured. It was found to have two luminescent band at 450nm and 750nm interval, central waveband is green upconverted emissions 5S2→5I8 of 548nm radiation transition which has the highest fluorescence intensity. |
