1Doping into [with] same concentration (0.5%) of Yb2O3 and Ho2O3, [and with] different [concentrations] (0, 0.5%, 1.5%, 1.75%) of In2O3 (in mole same below) in congruent LiNbO3.
2The shift mechanism of OH- absorption peak [as well as the] defect structure of In: Yb: Ho: LiNbO3 crystals were studied.
3 [By using the] 980nm laser as light source, the up-conversion emission spectra of In: Yb: Ho: LiNbO3 were measured.
4It was found to have two luminescent [bands] at [respectively] 450nm and 750nm interval, [wherein the] central waveband is green upconverted emissions 5S2→5I8 of 548nm radiation transition which has the highest fluorescence intensity. |
