请问大家： 纤维素在潮湿的时候结构和干燥的时候有什么不同吗？我是做秸秆降解的，写了一篇文章，评审人意见里有这么一条： It is well known that the structure of dried cellulosic materials is quite different from hydrated (wet) materials, especially for the samples from pretreatment, some changes are irreversible.Therefore, the hydrolysis performance of the pretreated samples is not able to completely present the effects of xxx treatment on cellulosic saccharification. 我不是专业做纤维素的，所以不知道干燥和潮湿的纤维素物质结构上具体有什么不同，而且为什么说有些变化是不能逆转的？什么变化呢？ 请大家帮我分析一下啊！先谢谢了！！ 期待...... |
