[交流] JMCA审稿意见求助

审稿真心快....3个星期就给答复。一个说publish as it is。一个说小修。但是小修的审稿意见有点看不到。求大家给点意见：）

Comments to the Author
This is a good piece of work that should be published in this journal; however I do feel there are some areas that can be addressed:

The introduction is detailed but reads like a shopping list. Increased detail to better explain where this paper fits in the context and to improve readability would greatly strength it for the journal. Furthermore, the last section of the introduction is just an extension of the abstract and should be saved for the conclusion.

The last section of your report shows that as dye removal systems your hydrogels can be reused with a small loss in efficiency. However can you give any reason for the observed loss in efficiency? After soaking in ethanol is the hydrogel degraded or is it incomplete removal of dye from the gel? These could be tested for by seeing if reuse of gel affects mechanical strength or bond properties.

Improving the introduction and answering these questions regarding the final part of the experiment would lift this paper and make it a much stronger submission.

Furthermore, the last section of the introduction is just an extension of the abstract and should be saved for the conclusion. ”这句话 是让我在introduction再增加点内容能够承上启下吗？还有他说introduction最后一部分只是摘要的扩充，让我saved for the conclusion，是让我删introduction最后一部分还是删conclusion里面的部分啊？
二：“These could be tested for by seeing if reuse of gel affects mechanical strength or bond properties. ”这句话实在没有琢磨明白 是让我补充数据吗？？

首先，他是说你的Introduction写的像购物单，只罗列别人的成果，并未用自己的话语陈述这一领域的发展方向和脉络，存在哪些重大问题，你这篇论文解决的是重大问题中的哪一个问题？而Itroduction最后一部分你写得向摘要的缩小版，应放到结论中。

还有就是你还得做实验证明，你的水凝胶浸泡在乙醇中再生后，是否发生了分解或是去除染料不完全，如果发生了，那么再生过程改变了水凝胶的机械强度，还是键的性质，要做再生后水凝胶的材料表征

还有就是你还得做实验证明，你的水凝胶浸泡在乙醇中再生后，是否发生了分解或是去除染料不完全，如果发生了，那么再生过程改变了水凝胶的机械强度，还是键的性质，要做再生后水凝胶的材料表征
