| The preparation method, as far as one can tell, involves the addition of dried plasma components which are in the supernatant fraction after centrifugation. They add these components to the solution of the anaesthtic and the dye, at amounts which are not clearly mentioned. However, to claim that this method actually can detect these molecules in a patient’s blood plasma, one must add these components to the plasma before processing it in any way. Then and then only one would be able to know how much the background components in the plasma would interfere with the detection. |
