整车刚柔耦合仿真出现问题，求解决。 已有1人参与

最近在做整车刚柔耦合方面的课题，后悬架采用的是扭力梁悬架。整车的其他子系统都是按照Adams car默认模板修改参数建立的。整车进行操纵稳定性仿真时，出现下列警告，导致仿真无法进行下去。 ---- START: ERROR ---- Static equilibrium analysis has not been successful. The maximum number of iterations 25, has been reached. For the last attempted iteration: The equation with the largest error was model.yuhouxuan.ipl_spindle_to_beam Comp = 6 Error = 0.000329 The variable receiving the largest increment was model.yu_rear_tire.jorper_sse_jprim Comp = 0 Delta = 0.052763. ---- END: ERROR ---- Static Solution failed to converge 根据提示是后悬架转向节处轴颈与扭力梁的连接件有问题，以及后轮胎地面与安装件的垂直副有问题。这些参数都是按照默认模板的连接关系修改的参数，不知道为什么会出错。 图1为轴颈与扭力梁的连接副，不知道这个连接副的定位为什么用定位参数。 图2为acar默认数据库里面的操纵稳定性轮胎，这个垂直副的定义也不明白。 求大神来解答。  图1.png  图2.png |
