【求助】磁控溅射问题

使用普通的磁控溅射，但是基体不够规则，具有V型口，镀膜发现V型口底部很难镀上或者厚度不够，不知道有什么办法能够解决，在不改变设备的情况下。谢谢 [ Last edited by NJUT_tiger on 2008-7-30 at 19:18 ] |

This is very easy. 1. pls try to change the direction of deposition, for example, the orientation of sample can be opposite to the target 2.pls try to use the electric field which can satisfy the shape of the samples. 3. pls try change the temperature of sample to increase the diffusion of atoms deposited on the surface of the sample 3. pls try to post-treatment |
