As listed in references XX-XX, the sample sizes adopted ranged from 5-10. Here, we selected the sample size to be 5 to be consistent with these published results. This also allows us to compare our results with others on a consistent basis. With regard to the statistical power, the authors have to admit that the sample size might be inadequate to conduct such a analysis. However, we would like to assure you that this does not affect the results and their significance. |
