好了，这个就是你的切入点了，看看别人的文章是怎么说明这个样本量的问题的。然后引经据典说明审稿人就行了。下面给你一个模板吧。 Response: Thanks for the comments. We have determined the sample size based on an comprehensive review of the existing literature. As listed in references XX-XX, the sample sizes adopted ranged from 5-10. Here, we selected the sample size to be 5 to be consistent with these published results. This also allows us to compare our results with others on a consistent basis. With regard to the statistical power, the authors have to admit that the sample size might be inadequate to conduct such a analysis. However, we would like to assure you that this does not affect the results and their significance. |
