[求助] 第一篇论文被拒。。。。。。。。。。 已有21人参与

做的电极材料方面，投的electrochimica acta，直接被编辑拒稿，回信是Your paper has been subjected to preliminary screening for possible publication in Electrochimica Acta. This new procedure has been adopted  due to the very large influx of papers attracted to the journal as a consequence of its recent excellent performance. Given the remit of the Publisher and the Society, the Editors have the difficult challenge of achieving the highest standards and balanced representation of all areas of electrochemical research. In individual cases, this may be represented by a specific combination of intellectual novelty and/or advances in technological performance.

In its present form we feel that the content of your paper is not showing enough advances in the field of electrocatalysis. In addition, I think that quantifying the merit of a catalyst requires more detailed characterization of the material, such as metal loading, than is done in your study. As a result it is very unlikely that your work be rated among the top 30% of the works accepted in this journal. I recall that Electrochimica Acta aims to publish  high quality papers reporting new developments in Electrochemistry or/and in-depth electrochemical studies.

Consequently, although the work is within the scope of the journal, it does not reach the very high standards now set by the journal and expected by its readers. Under such circumstances I am afraid that your paper has to be rejected.
这算具体给拒稿理由了吗？还有意思是不是现在投稿的很多，再加上文章可能新意不够，表征也不到位，所以编辑给拒了，这种情况下是不是最好改投其他？
