提供给你几个术语你就知道了： CI：confidential interval：置信区间 AUC：area under curve, 即曲线下面积；但也可以是area under the blood concentration time curve，就是说是药物血浆浓度曲线下的面积 AUC0–inf：zero to time infinity就是指从0到无穷大时间点间的曲线下面积 AUClast = area under the plasma concentration-time curve from zero time until the last measurable concentration. 即从0至最后一次测试浓度间的曲线下面积。 |
