中文大意： 对于DHT前人做了很多研究。黄柳舒采用柱层析方法和逆流色谱方法，结合Sephadex LH-20和制备型HPLC等技术对山核桃外果皮的石油醚萃取相和乙酸乙酯萃取相分别进行分离纯化得到DHT。研究表明该化合物对人的宫颈癌Hela细胞及人的肝癌SMMC-7721细胞具有一定的体外增殖抑制作用。吴德玲等采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20对山核桃外果皮的化学成分进行分离纯化得到了DHT,并通过MTT法对分离出的DHT进行了抗肿瘤活性研究，发现DHT具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。 谢谢！  |

The results showed that this compound (DHT) had certain inhibition effect on vitro proliferation of human cervical carcinoma HeLa cell and liver cancer SMMC-7721 cell. Chemical components of pecan epicarp were separated and purified to obtain DHT based on Deling WU's study of using silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20, and the antineoplastic activity of separated DHT was investigated through MTT method, and it indicated that DHT has some antineoplastic activity. |

| Predecessors had made many investigations on DHT. In the study of Liushu Huang, DHT was separated and purified from petroleum ether and ethyl acetat extraction phase of pecan epicarp on the basis of using column chromatography method and countercurrent chromatography method combined with Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC technologies. |
