请教大神，这段话如何翻译？ 不胜感激！ DHT是一种弱酸性物质，HPLC 分析时在流动相中加入一定量的酸可以减少色谱峰的拖尾并增加对称度。 本实验采用甲酸和乙酸。 流动相中甲酸和乙酸添加量对DHT对映体分离的影响列于表 3。 当流动相中不添加甲酸和乙酸时，DHT的两个对映体可以达到基线分离。鉴于柱子的耐用性，流动相中酸添加量在 0. 1% ~ 0.2% 之间时， DHT对映体可同时实现基线分离。 为获得较好的分离效果，并尽量较少保留时间，最终选择添加0.2%甲酸。 |

In the experiments formic acid and acetic acid were used. The effects of formic acid and acetic acid on the separation of DHT enantiomers were listed in Table 3. 当流动相中不添加甲酸和乙酸时，DHT的两个对映体可以达到基线分离。鉴于柱子的耐用性，流动相中酸添加量在 0. 1% ~ 0.2% 之间时， DHT对映体可同时实现基线分离。 为获得较好的分离效果，并尽量较少保留时间，最终选择添加0.2%甲酸。When the separation was conducted using a mobile phase without formic acid and acetic acid, a baseline separation could (not?) be achieved for the two enantiomers of DHT. In view of not to affect the durability of the column, when the acid content was between 0.1% ~ 0.2% in the mobile phase, DHT enantiomers could simultaneously achieve baseline separation. To achieve better separation results, and to reduce the retention time as short as possible, finally we chose to add 0.2% formic acid. |

DHT was a weak acidic material. Adding certain amount of acid (formic acid and acetic acid were used in this experiment) into mobile phase in HPLC analysis chould reduce tailed chromatographic peaks and increase its degree of symmetry. The effects of the additive amount of formic acid and acetic acid in mobile phase to DHT enantiomeric separation were listed in table 3. The two DHT enantiomorphs chould achieve baseline separation, without no acid(formic acid and acetic acid) addition in mobile phase. Considering the durability of column, DHT enantiomorphs were simultaneous achieved baseline separation when acid addition was 0. 1% ~ 0.2%. Furthermore, 0.2% formic acid addition was final chose to obtain better separation effect and less retention time simultaneously. |
