The models which mimic articular chondrocytes apoptosis in vitro to lead articular cartilage degradation are valuable in the evaluation of pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of OA。 |

A treatment that leads to articular chondrocytes apoptosis in vitro and a condition that prevent such events are valuable both for mechanism studies of pathogenesis and developing new therapeutic interventions of OA。 |
