以丙酸和仲丁醇作为原料,氨基磺酸作为催化剂合成丙酸仲丁酯。本论文研究了丙酸与仲丁醇的摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、带水剂用量等因素对丙酸仲丁酯收率的影响。实验研究表明,在丙酸与仲丁酯的摩尔比为1.2: 1 、催化剂的用量占反应物的总质量百分比、温度为115 ℃、反应时间为40 min 时,带水剂环己烷的用量为8mL的条件下,产物的收率达到了61.04%,产物经阿贝折光仪检测并通过红外光谱衍射仪分析对产物进行表征。催化剂氨基磺酸重复使用5次后,酯的收率高于30%,此催化剂的催化性能稳定,催化丙酸仲丁酯合成的效果良好。

以丙酸和仲丁醇作为原料,氨基磺酸作为催化剂合成丙酸仲丁酯。
Sec-butyl propionate was synthesised by using propionic acid and  sec-butyl alcohol as raw materials based on sulfamic acid as catalyst.
本论文研究了丙酸与仲丁醇的摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、带水剂用量等因素对丙酸仲丁酯收率的影响。
The effects of material ratio, catalyst dosage,  reaction time,reaction temperature, water removing agent dosage and other factors on  the yield of sec-butyl propionate were investigated in this paper.
实验研究表明,在丙酸与仲丁酯的摩尔比为1.2: 1 、催化剂的用量占反应物的总质量百分比、温度为115 ℃、反应时间为40 min 时,带水剂环己烷的用量为8mL的条件下,产物的收率达到了61.04%,产物经阿贝折光仪检测并通过红外光谱衍射仪分析对产物进行表征。
Experimental study showed that  the product yield, which was  detected and characterized by abbe refractometer and infrared spectrum diffraction respectively, was 61.04% at the conditions of  material ratio(propionic acid to sec-butyl acetate)1.2: 1, the percentage of catalyst dosage in  reactant lumpy total mass     , reaction time 40 min ,reaction temperature  115 ℃.
催化剂氨基磺酸重复使用5次后,酯的收率高于30%,此催化剂的催化性能稳定,催化丙酸仲丁酯合成的效果良好。
The yield was exceeded 30% after 5 times  reused of the sulfamic acid catalyst with stable performance, which indicated that it has  good effect on the synthesis of sec-butyl propionate.
