let me suggest you that you should apply to some program of the Government Scholarship through this university. I could not say that you must necessarily get it, even if you must be busy in the application inclusing some interviews on occasion of around next January (in a very short time). Could you notify me by the end of November, whether or not you would apply to the scholarship with respect to me? (You can ask some possible professor of any other university for the scholarship, if you like. Of course, you should choose one university and only one professor.)
