投国外期刊，主编认为poor English ，直接被拒，大家交流下经验

第一篇SCI, 想尝试下，文章写好后稍修改两遍，直接投稿，没找人润色，结果： Dear ***: I have read your paper submitted for publication in *** and as a result, I have decided that the presentation of the paper is below an acceptable standard for publication in the journal, and I will not be sending it out to referees. The main deficiency in the paper is that it is written in poor English which is well below an acceptable standard for publication in an English language journal and in some areas is unintelligible. It is the authors’ responsibility to prepare their work in good English; **** has no facilities for rewriting poorly written papers. Referees’ time is valuable and I do not feel able to impose upon it by requesting reviews of any paper which is clearly well below an acceptable standard for publication. I am sorry to have to reject the paper and that it will not be possible on this occasion to publish your work. Nevertheless, thank you for submitting it.
