投国外期刊需要交钱吗？在作者指南看到一段话，弄糊涂了，大家给看看，谢谢 已有6人参与

CALL FOR PAPERS:Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration elsewhere. There is a page charge for publication in the journal which covers the publication expenses. The papers accepted for publication will be processed further toward publication after the authors pay a page charge at the rate of 25 Euro per page. The method of payment is by bank transfer or by bank cheque. After the publication the corresponding author will receive reprints with covers by air-mail as well as the e-file of the final form of the paper by e-mail. 在作者指南上看到上面一段话，其中有一句是说要每页掏25欧，本来准备投这个，这下还得问问老板了。 不是说好国外期刊不要钱的吗，有点糊涂，是不是要出版成纸质版的才收费的意思？还请大家指教指教。 |
