| 本文采用乙醇浸提、大孔树脂纯化制备乌饭树叶提取物，考察其在不同体系中的抗氧化活性，并对提取物的主要成分进行HPLC分析。结果表明，乌饭树叶提取物具有较高的抗氧化能力，其清除DPPH自由基能力与Vc相当，总抗氧化能力、还原力、抗脂质过氧化能力和清除羟自由基能力与待测物浓度存在明显的量效关系。HPLC结果表明乌饭树叶提取物中主要存在异槲皮苷、槲皮素和山奈酚等3种黄酮类化合物，其含量分别为267.8，61.6和98.0mg/g。 |

| In this paper, we prepared the vaccinium bracteatum leaf extract using methods of ethanol extraction and macroreticular resin purification, explored the antioxidant activity of vaccinium bracteatum leaf extract in different systems, and conducted HPLC analysis on the major components of the extract. The results show that the vaccinium bracteatum leaf extract is of high antioxidant activity, and equals Vc in terms of the ability in scavenging DPPH free radical, and in addition, the total antioxidant capacity, reducing power, anti-lipid peroxidation ability,free radical scavenging ability are in apparent dose-effect relationship with the concentration of the sample. HPLC analysis results indicate the major components of the vaccinium bracteatum leaf extract are flavonoids compounds including isoquercitrin (267.8mg/g), quercetin (61.6mg/g), and kaempferol (98.0mg/g). |
