IEEE SPL 投稿中"WAITIING AE DESCION"状态45天了，正常吗？能催吗？ 已有4人参与

| 14年投稿过IEEE SPL，40天就等待副编辑决定，55天给出结果了；后来修改过又投SPL了，20天就进入等待副编辑决定状态，但是这个状态都45天了，加起来都一共65天了，一般SPL的要不了这么长时间啊；不知道真么回事，又不敢催。 |
