[交流] IEEE SPL 投稿中"WAITIING AE DESCION"状态45天了，正常吗？能催吗？ 已有4人参与

14年投稿过IEEE SPL，40天就等待副编辑决定，55天给出结果了；后来修改过又投SPL了，20天就进入等待副编辑决定状态，但是这个状态都45天了，加起来都一共65天了，一般SPL的要不了这么长时间啊；不知道真么回事，又不敢催。

这个无所谓的，是你的浏览器带广告拦截功能，把弹窗关闭了。换个IE看看，或者把浏览器的广告拦截插件（如Adblock Plus）关闭。
我也是在scholarone系统里投稿，也是老这个提示，但并不影响投稿，可能有些官方的弹窗提示看不到（如告知系统定期维护，不能投稿等）。

没有遇到过这个问题，我几年前就有SPL上的账号，我每次登陆账号，没有出现过异常。
