[求助] APTT和PTT的差别和联系。。。已有1人参与

近期投一篇有关生医的文章，一个审稿人对测试内容提出如下要求，偏偏我是个刚入门的小虫子，不懂这个PTT测试和我们现在所测试的APTT有何差别，而且凝血仪上面根本就没有PTT这项测试内容，怎么办？各位虫友帮帮忙。。。。
Here also, I think it is better to do PTT rather than APTT. Also, authors are talking about prolongation of APTT, and argues that it is better. In fact, what I believe is that, a material should not cause much of any change in the property. Also, this test detects deficiency or abnormality of clotting factors. Only if this happens, it gives a prolonged time, which is not actually the case. Actually, if you check the normal range, you would better understand this. Here, the PLA samples actually caused some activation and thereby decreased the APTT value. I agree that the method did improve the blood compatibility and the APPT values are within the normal range. So, I advice you to correct the imterpretation.

所以，照这个说法，APTT就是PTT改进之后的内源性凝血途径的测试方法，所以我的文章也没必要补PTT测试了，而且查找到近年的英文文献也少有人通过PTT来测定内源性凝血途径了。。。还有一个关键的问题是没有查到APTT的国际测试标准。。。can you help me? thanks!
