In brief, a "Conflict of interest" is defined as a set of conditions in which professional judgment concerning a primary interest, such as the validity of research, may be influenced by a secondary interest, such as financial gain. A statement on this subject is required upon review process in order to un disclose all financial relationships that might bias their work.
A Conflict of Interest or Disclosure Statement, is an agreement or notification from the author that they have not been paid for the work, or if they have, stating the source of their payment

1. Go to the menu item "Submissions/Revisions Sent Back to Author".
2. Click "Edit Submission/Revisions".
3. Click on the relevant submission step on the left-hand menu.
4. Make the required changes.
5. Go to "Attach Files" and "Build PDF for my Approval".
6. View and Approve your new PDF file including the changed item(s).

都是小问题，打叉的修改一下，比如加页码，行号，缩写清单等等。属于技术性的审稿，和中不中的没有关系
