[求助] ACS NANO 投稿被拒，一个小修，一个建议改投，改投哪个期刊合适？

小弟最近投了一篇ACS NANO 审了一多月被拒。两个reviewer, 一个建议小修后接收，一个建议改投专业期刊，原因是没有broad interest,但是总体评价还算ok,编辑是Peter Norlander, 给据了。伤心！
文章内容偏物理和非线性光学方面，有实验和理论部分。不知道改投哪个期刊合适？各位大侠能不能帮忙给些建议？希望再投能够快点出结果，着急需要文章毕业。小弟自己上网搜了下，感觉JPCC, ACS PHOTONICS，OPTICS Express 都是可能的目标期刊，不知道哪个速度快，容易中些？ACS PHOTONICS是个新刊，按理说容易中些，但是看了官网的文章，感觉审稿时间好长。有没有投过的大侠帮忙指导一下？另外，ACS NANO 的审稿意见对再投JPCC 和 ACS PHOTONICS有没有帮助？Optics Express 呢？希望能有过来人给指点迷津，感激不尽。

谢谢，真的非常感谢。一定认真回答审稿人的问题并做好相应修改。确认一下，您说得一一对应的letters to referees 是指 response to referees 吗？（即把ACS NANO 的审稿人的comments 附上，并在每一个comment 后加上自己的回答）

另外，您觉得这一一对应的letters to referees 是单独放在一个word 文档里还是就附在 cover letter 后？因为有看过别人把 response to referees 单独写成一份word 文档，不知道那种做法会好一些？
