求投过J POWER SOURCES的人解答。。。。求助了。 已有4人参与

本人几天天前投了一篇J power sources。昨天技术检查，说语言没问题。有三个格式要改，我就按照要求改了，我是星期五上午投过去的。星期一下午5点看，还是submitted to journal。结果星期一晚上就拒了。直接说。。 Thank you for your submission to Journal of Power Sources. Unfortunately, the Editors feel that your paper is not suitable for publication in the journal and unlikely to be favourably reviewed by the referees since this work is too far outside of the scope of this Journal which covers only electrochemical power sources. We suggest you consider submitting the paper to another more appropriate journal. 难道编辑在他们的时间周一上午看了一眼文章直接就说我的文章太垃圾了？还是真不适合。我做的是燃料电池和超级电容混合系统控制策略方面的。 |
