亲是投过这个杂志是吗？我正在投这个杂志，但是被退回来两次了，回信是这么说的LANGUAGE: In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully. TECHNICAL: 1) Units should be given in the correct format for this journal and are consistent throughout the manuscript: mVs-1 NOT mV/s and mAhg-1 NOT mAh/g. PLEASE NOTE: -1 should be in superscript. 2) Cover letter required for all submissions. The cover letter should state that the authors have complied with Elsevier's ethical requirements: (Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out.
