有关评审意见该如何答复的问题

最近投稿了一篇文章，转基因，并在MS培养基中做了重金属离子的逆境胁迫实验，评审的结论是需要“minor revision"， 以下是“review comments"中的一部分，“conclusion on the tolerance level was drawn based on the agar-plate tests. The ms contains some weaknesses (experimental approach, over-interpretation, miss-interpretation etc) which disqualifies it from publishing. Tests on agar plates (where the humidity is 100%) should be supplemented with longer-term tests until later stages of development and performed under ambient humidity. Results of the agar-plate tests are not always in agreement with long-term tests performed at conditions closer to natural ones.”针对这一问题我该如何作答呢？在有限的修改时间里，再补充做土壤中的逆境胁迫实验以及后续的一系列数据分析已经不太可能！ 请大家多提宝贵意见！新虫，金币不多，仅有10枚，倾囊相赠！十分感谢！ |
