有关评审意见该如何答复的问题

最近投稿了一篇文章，转基因，并在MS培养基中做了重金属离子的逆境胁迫实验，评审的结论是需要“minor revision"， 以下是“review comments"中的一部分，“conclusion on the tolerance level was drawn based on the agar-plate tests. The ms contains some weaknesses (experimental approach, over-interpretation, miss-interpretation etc) which disqualifies it from publishing. Tests on agar plates (where the humidity is 100%) should be supplemented with longer-term tests until later stages of development and performed under ambient humidity.
