As the temperature increases, the incipient duration of the partial dislocation nucleation becomes longer, the critical stress intensity factor for partial dislocation emission is reduced and, at the same loading level, more dislocations are emitted.

The dislocation velocity moving away from the crack tip and the separations of partial dislocations are apparently not temperature dependent.

【翻译】随着温度的升高,不全位错成核的孕育期变长,不全位错发射的临界应力强度因子减小,在相同的加载条件下,发射的位错更多。
位错远离裂尖的速度和不全位错的分离速度显然是不依赖于温度。

可以在后面加上“而且”(and):
随着温度的升高,不全位错成核的孕育期变长,不全位错发射的临界应力强度因子减小,而且在相同的加载条件下发射的位错更多。

翻译成:(但是)位错远离裂尖的速度和不全位错的分离速度显然是不依赖于温度。
