壳聚糖负载钯催化合成对溴苯乙炔的研究

摘要:壳聚 糖 是 自然界迄今所发现的唯一天然碱性多糖,其结构中包含氨基葡萄糖单元和乙酞氨基葡萄糖的生物可降单元,对一些金属离子尤其是过渡金属离子有良好的鳌合作用,其来源广泛,具有很好解性。在自然界中可被壳聚糖酶、溶菌酶和微生物完全生物降解,是一可再生资源和环境友好材料。
本文概述了和聚糖的结构及化学性质,介绍了壳聚糖的化学改性的研究进展;简述了改性壳聚糖在医药、膜分离、工业废水处理、日用化工行业、食品工业等方面的应用;概述了壳聚糖负载各种贵金属催化剂的制备及其研究进展。本论文研究的是壳聚糖负载氯化钯催化合成对溴苯乙炔并对产物进行表征,同时还研究了壳聚糖负载氯化钯催化合成对溴苯乙炔的最佳反应条件。
主要研究内容如下:
制备了壳聚糖负载氯化钯催化剂,并用其催化合成了对溴苯乙炔,用红外光谱仪对产物进行了表征。结果表明实验得到的产物确实是目标产物对溴苯乙炔。同时还研究了反应温度、反应时间、壳聚糖负载氯化钯催化剂、共催化剂CuI和水对反应产率的影响,发现在合成对溴苯乙炔时,反应温度控制在80℃,反应时间控制在12小时,共催化剂CuI物质的量约为化合物Ⅱ的0.01倍时,该偶联反应的产率较高;壳聚糖负载氯化钯催化剂的使用量对该反应影响不是很大;少量的水对该反应几乎没有影响。

Chitosan is the only kind of naturally occurring basic polysaccharide which has been discovered by hunman so far. Its structure inludes the basic unit of chitosan and biodegradable ethyl phthalein glucosamine unit. So chitosan has chelation on metal ions especially some transition metal ions. Chitosan has extensive sources and good solubility.

Chitosan can be absolutely degradated in nature by chitoanase, lysozyme and microorganism, it's a regenerated resource and environmental friendly material.
This paper summerized the structure and chemical properities of polysaccharid and introduced the research progress about chemical modification on chitosan. It also introduced the application of modified chitosan in medicine, membrane separation, industrial wastewater treatment, daily chemical industry, food industry and so on. The preparation of catalyst: chitosan supported noble metal and its research progress was summerized in this paper.

The  synthesis and characterization  of  p-bromo-phenylacetylene catalysted by chitosan supported palladium chloride was studied in this paper, as well as the optimum reaction conditions of this reaction. Main research contents are as follows:
  Chitosan supported palladium chloride was prepared, which is used as catalyst to sythesis p-bromo-phenylacetylene, and the product is characterized by infrared spectrometer. The results show that the obtained product is really the target compound p-bromo-phenylacetylene. The effect of reaction temperature, time, chitosan supported palladium chloride, co-catalyst CuI and water on reaction yield were also studied. The results show that when at 80℃, reaction time is 12h, amount of substance of co-catalyst CuI is 0.01 times that of compound Ⅱ, reacte 12 hours ,the reaction yield is higher. The content of chitosan supported palladium chloride has little effect on reaction yield, little water  has no effect .
