不明白编辑的两句话啥意思 已有2人参与

在elsevier期刊投稿被退了回来，有两句话不明白，请有经验的大牛指导一下............................................ Unfortunately your manuscript does not currently meet the Journal's required standard. Please make changes/corrections as detailed in the comments below: Language: In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully. Technical: 1. At least the first keyword should be selected from the given list of keywords which is provided at the end of the Guide for Authors. 2. The Item description should match with the content of the Item. Please upload 'Highlights' under the Item description 'Highlights (for review)'. Highlights should contain 3 to 5 bullet points with a maximum of 125 characters per bullet point including spaces. Only the core results of the paper should be covered. Please ensure each bullet point is less than 85 characters. For more information and examples, please see: www.elsevier.com/researchhighlights. In addition to the changes made to the manuscript file, please create a new file labelled as "Response to Technical Check Results" which is a response to each of the comments mentioned above. This should then be uploaded in the 'Attach Files' screen, under the dropdown menu "Response to Technical Check Results". Without this, your manuscript cannot undergo further processing and will be returned to you once again.
